    Harris Howard is the President of Harris Howard, P.A., and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.  Florida Bar Page about Harris Howard. Harris Howard is also admitted to practice in federal court as he is a member of the United States District Court, in the Southern District of Florida as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

    Mr. Howard was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude in January 2009. Prior to law school, Mr. Howard received a Master of Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida in 2004.     

    Today Mr. Howard combines his business and legal background to run his own law firm. Mr. Howard is excited to help guide you through the legal process. It has been Mr. Howard's dream to operate his own business and now he gets to do so while helping people like you understand the law. 
    
    Currently Mr. Howard’s practice focuses mostly on real estate litigation and family law matters. Other areas of the law that Harris Howard works in include bankruptcy, landlord/tenant disputes, criminal defense, contracts, corporation and partnership formation, asset protection, estate planning, probate, and preparation of wills. Please see the Areas of Practice page for more information about the areas of the law we practice. 

    Mr. Howard is an active member of several professional organizations including the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.
