    Harris Howard is the President of Harris Howard, P.A., and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.  Florida Bar Page about Harris Howard. Harris Howard is also admitted to practice in Federal Court as he is a member of the United States District Court, in the Southern District of Florida as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.

    Mr. Howard was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude. Prior to law school, Mr. Howard received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.     

Mr. Howard is an active member of several professional organizations including the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.
